Guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Duration: 45 minutes

Learn To Relax - 7 Private Sessions

Gradually learn to relax your body and mind without any type of outside help.
You will be invited to practice between 3 to 20 minutes a day between each session

Duration: 1 hour per session (7 sessions in total)
Frequency: I recommend meeting every other week, but it ultimately depends on your availability.

Learn To Relax - 7 Sessions With Your Friends
Find 2 to 5 enthusiastic friends to learn PMR with you.

Duration: 1 hour per session (7 sessions in total)
Frequency: I recommend meeting every other week, but it ultimately depends on your availability.
Price per participant: 130£ per person

 

Learn To Relax - 7 Sessions With Peers
Join a group of other care partners to learn PMR together.

Duration: 1 hour per session (7 sessions in total)
Frequency: I recommend meeting every other week, but it ultimately depends on your availability.
